Refund and Returns Policy

At Kripalu Ayurveda, we want you to have a safe and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please go through the policy below to understand the return and refund process

You may return a product if:

  • It was damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • It is expired or nearing expiry (see below)

  • It is found to be counterfeit (see below)

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Kripalu Ayurveda ensures all products are genuine and quality-checked. However, if you believe you’ve received a fake or counterfeit item:

  • Please contact us immediately at support@kripaluayurveda.com

  • Share images of the product and packaging

  • Our team will investigate, and if validated, a return and full refund or replacement will be processed

We do not ship products with less than 3 months remaining before expiry (unless clearly mentioned at the time of purchase). If you receive a near-expiry item that was not disclosed:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share a photo of the expiry date

  • You will be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on stock availability

To initiate a return, email us at support@kripaluayurveda.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

  • Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed with original packaging and invoice.

  • Once we receive the product and complete quality inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed.

You can track your return and refund status by:

  • Logging into your My Account section on our website

  • Checking email updates from support@kripaluayurveda.com

  • Reaching out to our team via email if you need further help

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or mention the damage while signing

  • Take photos of the box and product

  • Email us the details at support@kripaluayurveda.com within 24 hours

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the product:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours

  • Our team will investigate with the delivery partner

  • If the issue is confirmed, we’ll reship the item or offer a full refund

  • Quality Check & Approval: 2–3 business days after receiving the product

  • Refund Initiated: Within 1–2 business days after approval

  • Bank Processing Time:Once after the refund is approved amount will be credited to your bank within  5–7 business days, depending on your payment method
